George Milton is a complex character from the novelette, Of Mice and Men, by John Steinbeck. He travels with his long sentence companion, Lennie Small since Lennie is un fit to plow for himself. He has no family and spends his days working as a ranch hand. In the novella, the champ George is an authoritative,, resentful, yet very compassionate character.
